The Civic Tourer has a dynamic yet elegant design. Its stylishly sculptured front end rises gracefully into a long, low roof. A continuous line from the windscreen pillars all the way back to the rear screen gives the impression that the roof is floating.
The design of the door pillars is deliberately slim to maximise visibility out of the rear seats. At the rear, the pronounced edge of the wraparound tail lamp – a combination of aerodynamic spoiler and light unit – reduces drag, contributing to the car’s excellent fuel economy, as does the rear diffuser at the base of the car which channels airflow from underneath.
Versatile
The Civic Tourer is packed with practical utility features. The flat, low-loading boot has a class-leading 624 litres of luggage space. Fold the clever Magic Seats onto the floor and a massive 1,668 litres of storage space is achieved.

The bases of the rear seats flip up like a cinema seat to allow easy storage of tall objects including lofty plants, folded wheelchairs, golf clubs, and even mountain bikes.
The swooping elegant exterior makes way for a refined and spacious interior. The cabin has been designed for comfort and practicality and is bigger than many large family cars. The dashboard is centred around the driver, ensuring that all information and controls are easily read and comfortably within reach.
Smart
The optional adaptive damping system (ADS) offers the driver three suspension modes – Comfort, Normal and Dynamic – so ride and handling can be adjusted for greater comfort and stability.

Earth Dreams Technology, optional adaptive damping system (ADS) and a choice of two engines
The Civic Tourer is available with two engines, a 142PS 1.8-litre i-VTEC petrol engine and a 120PS 1.6-litre i-DTEC diesel engine, which will achieve impressively low CO2, from just 99g/km, and an outstanding 74.3mpg.
The diesel unit, which first featured in the Civic hatchback and the CR-V, is also the first to feature Honda’s innovative Earth Dreams Technology that combines environmental and economic efficiency with sporty, agile performance.
