The Honda Jazz has been rated the most reliable utility vehicle in a survey of over 30,000 drivers in Europe. Other models also scored highly with the Civic and CR-V coming in the top 10 of their respective categories.

Overall, Honda swept the board with a total score of 93 out of 100, making it the most reliable brand in the survey. No wonder that 79% of drivers questioned said they would recommend a Honda to their friends.

The survey, carried out by the Organisation of Consumers and Users, canvassed the views of over 30,000 motorists on 178 different cars. It asked if they had experienced a breakdown in their car and what type of problems they had experienced. From this data they built a reliability index, putting Honda at the top.

‘Reliability and quality are synonymous with the Honda brand,’ says Philip Ross senior VP of Honda Motor Europe. ‘We want customers to enjoy driving their Honda vehicle with the peace of mind that the cars are among the least likely to experience breakdowns.’
